We have developed an online pumpage reporting system
for Water Authorities to utilize for collecting surface
and groundwater readings from water systems. Well
owners within the Authority's boundaries are asked to
use the Online Pumpage Reporting System to complete and
file the required Pumpage forms in a timely manner.
Ongoing operational support for authority
bookkeepers/consultants to maximize online reporting
functions and the information management processes are
provided.
Each
system is customized for the authorities use. Data
collection systems currently include collecting gallons
of groundwater pumped for billing period, gallons of
surface water pumped for billing period, gallons of
water pumped to wells inside and outside of the
districts, water sold to other sources, interconnects,
water purchased, gallons billed/delivered, water losses,
deductions for capital contributions, chloramination
system credits, administrators are able to track pending
payment reports, post payment, view absent pumpage
reports for those districts that have not filed, see
overdue meter readings, search posted reports,
discrepancy reports, generate invoices for other fees,
receive payments on those invoices, search filed
invoices, print monthly receipts, print deposit details,
pending checks, view all contact information for water
systems, view historical data per well for each district
in system, find source, water system or contacts, add
new water systems, add or edit contacts for water
systems, export addresses for mailing lists, reports for
well pumpage record, water transfer record, summary
pumpage report, chloramination, aggregated permits,
annual start and end readings, historical information
for each well in each district, cumulative pumpage
